ArcLight Capital Partner LLC’s portfolio company, US Solar Ventures Holdings, LLC (“US Solar”), closed on the sale of a select group of solar development
projects to NRG Solar, a subsidiary of NRG Energy, Inc. (“NRG”) representing approximately 450 megawatts of capacity.
Marathon Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to Arclight Capital Partners, LLC.
Founded in 2008, US Solar is a joint venture between affiliates of ArcLight and management.
