Leveraged Lease Financing of 101 MW Hatchet Ridge Wind Project provided by:

MetLife Capital provided leveraged lease equity financing to Pattern Energy Group’s wholly owned subsidiary Hatchet Ridge Wind, LLC, the lessee of a 101.2 megawatt (MW) wind energy project located in Burney, California. The fifteen year PPA, 18 year debt and 22 year lease term generated significant economics for Pattern Energy Group.
Marathon Capital acted as exclusive lease financial advisor to Pattern Energy Group.
