Marathon Capital advised Future Energy Solutions Lighting Group, LLLP’s (“FES”) on a multi-year funding facility with Deutsche Bank with an initial facility of $100 mil. FES delivers Lighting as a Service through energy efficient installations throughout the United States across 40 states with over 1,800 customer sites under management. Marathon Capital acted as the exclusive financial advisor to FES.
