CPV Wind Ventures LLC

CPV Wind Ventures, LLC (“CPV Wind”), a subsidiary of Competitive Power Ventures, Inc. was acquired by Iberdrola Renewable Energies USA, Ltd (“Iberdrola”).
The transaction included the sale of all interests in CPV Wind to Iberdrola. CPV Wind developed a diverse portfolio of projects totaling 3,500 MW across
15 states.
