Crompton Greaves (“CG”), a Mumbai listed company with a $2.0 billion market cap, sold its Power County Wind Parks consisting of two 22.5 MW Qualified Facilities located near American Falls, Idaho to D.E. Shaw & Co.
Marathon Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to CG.
