Sale of 20 MW Shirley Wind Project to:

Duke Energy Renewables

Duke Energy Renewables, a commercial business unit of Duke Energy, acquired the 20MW Shirley Wind Energy Project in Wisconsin from a subsidiary of Central
Hudson Enterprises. Central Hudson Enterprises is a unit of US-based regulated transmission and distribution utility CH Energy Group. The Shirley Wind
Energy Project, located on nearly 500 acres of leased land in Glenmore, began commercial operation in December 2010.

Marathon Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to Central Hudson Enterprises.

The power project, which is comprised of eight Nordex 2.5 MW wind turbines, generates enough electricity to power about 6,000 homes.

Wisconsin Public Service Corp purchased all of the facility’s output and associated renewable energy credits under a 20-year power purchase agreement.
