Sale of 54 MW Butler Ridge 79.5 MW Majestic and 51 MW Wessington Springs Wind Farms to:
NextEra Energy Resources
Babcock & Brown entered into an agreement with NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, a subsidiary of FPL Group, Inc, to sell three operating wind projects with a combined capacity of 184.5 MW.
The wind assets sold included Butler Ridge (54 MW), Wessington Springs (51 MW) and Majestic (79.5 MW).
Marathon Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to Babcock & Brown.
