Allco Finance Group sold the Tehachapi Wind Project of over 3,100 MW of development wind assets for $325 million to Terra-Gen Power, LLC, an affiliate
of Arclight Capital Partners, LLC.
Marathon Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to Allco Finance Group.
The Tehachapi Wind Project was the larget single location development in the world at the time.
