​Marathon Capital Welcomes John Chang as Managing Director

CHICAGO, IL — March 1, 2018 — Marathon Capital announced today that John Chang has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Mr. Chang comes
to Marathon after serving for many years as the Head of Power & Utilities – North America for Rothschild & Co. (“Rothschild”). At Rothschild
since 1998, Mr. Chang has been responsible for completing more than $100bn of energy and utility-related transactions. Prior to Rothschild, Mr. Chang
held progressively senior positions with Iroquois Gas Transmission System, Boston Pacific Company, and Pace Global Energy.

At Marathon Capital, Mr. Chang will leverage his prior experience to continue to build the firm’s highly-successful renewables platform and to continue
to develop Marathon’s fossil fuel generation, utilities, infrastructure and transmission practices.
