Marathon Capital Welcomes David Kirkpatrick To San Francisco
CHICAGO, Illinois (April 8, 2013) – Marathon Capital is pleased to announce the expansion of its San Francisco office and welcomes David Kirkpatrick as
Director. Kirkpatrick will report to Terry Grant, Managing Director and head of Marathon Capital’s western activities and solar industry practice,
expanding the firm’s relationships and overall energy and infrastructure coverage.
Kirkpatrick has worked as an executive in the energy arena for the last 15 years for companies including Ernst & Young, the Boston Consulting Group,
General Electric, EDF-EN/enXco, Imperium, and NRG Solar. Kirkpatrick has led over $2.5 billion worth of transactions from company and project acquisitions,
venture investments, energy sales, procurement deals, and EPC contracts in the wind, solar, and biofuels industries.
