​Marathon Capital hires Utility Executive Diana Drysdale and Appoints Gary Greenblatt and Chuck Hinckley as Co-Heads of its New York City office

CHICAGO, IL – Marathon Capital, LLC (“Marathon Capital”) is pleased to announce that Diana Drysdale joins the firm as Senior Managing Director to focus
on power and utility coverage, among other initiatives. She will work closely with Gary Greenblatt and Chuck Hinckley who were recently appointed Co-Heads
of Marathon Capital’s New York City office.

Diana was most recently President of PSEG Power Ventures LLC where she was primarily responsible for the strategic growth and operations of the company’s
unregulated renewable investments in energy storage, offshore wind and solar. As President of PSEG Solar Source, LLC she grew the company to include
24 utility scale solar plants in 14 states. In addition, she was responsible for the strategic optimization of PSEG Resources’ portfolio which included
investments in commercial real estate, demand management and fossil power plants. Before joining PSEG, Diana held various positions at Limited Brands,
Northeast Utilities, ENMAX Corporation, and TransAlta Corporation.

Mr. Greenblatt, a veteran investment banker within the power, utility and infrastructure markets, has been instrumental to the growth of Marathon Capital’s
industry coverage business during his eleven years with the firm. He will lead the New York team alongside Mr. Hinckley, a highly experienced energy
and structured finance professional who has developed and financed more than 25 power plants across the globe. Mr. Hinckley initially joined Marathon
Capital in 2018 with the acquisition of AWCC Capital, a renewable energy project and infrastructure real estate advisory business. Prior to founding
and leading AWCC Capital, he was the founder and CEO of Noble Environmental Power, a wind power development company that currently operates over 700MW
of installed wind capacity.
