Marathon Capital Hires Jorge Rodriguez as Managing Director, Head of Debt Capital Markets
Marathon Capital, LLC (“Marathon”) is pleased to announce Jorge Rodriguez has joined the firm as Managing Director, Head of Debt Capital Markets, covering both public and private debt placements, in its New York office. Mr. Rodriguez’s domestic and international experience is unparalleled having been involved in over 120 transactions, exceeding $200bn in value.
Most recently, Mr. Rodriguez was Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and Head of Infrastructure Debt at DWS Group (“DWS”) where he was responsible for the management and strategic direction of the global infrastructure debt business, including managing its $2bn investment portfolio. Prior to joining DWS, Mr. Rodriguez was Managing Director and Head of Infrastructure Finance at Dresdner Kleinwort. There he focused on the origination, structuring, execution and placement of senior and mezzanine debt financings across all energy and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Rodriguez has also held positions with Aladdin Capital, BNP Paribas and Chemical Bank.
