London, United Kingdom – 7th of April 2022 – Marathon Capital Ltd. has advised Nature Infrastructure Capital (“NIC”) on the 100% acquisition of German solar developer MaxSolar GmbH (“MaxSolar”) alongside Greenvolt – Energias Renováveis, S.A.
