Meet Jill Wormser
Jill Wormser, Talent Acquisition Manager, manages Marathon’s recruitment process for all lateral hires.
Prior to joining Marathon, Ms. Wormser was an HR & Recruiting Manager with Trumid, an electronic trading firm. She helped grow the company from 50 to 150, developed an internship program, and introduced a campus recruiting process. She also managed onboarding for new hires. Prior to Trumid, she co-managed the Professional Real Estate Rotations Associate Program at Cushman & Wakefield, a commercial real estate company. She began her career as an HR professional as a University Recruiting Intern with Grant Thorton.
Ms. Wormser graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS in Human Development & Family Studies and Communications.
