Valentina Fernandez Rubio

Ms. Rubio graduated with a Master of Arts in Visual Art Administration from New York University Steinhardt School of Education and Human Development and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in General Fine Arts & Video from Maryland Institute College of Art. She earned her Advanced Diploma in Fundraising Practices from NYU.
