Meet Elizabeth Rogers

Elizabeth Rogers is Training & Talent Development Director at Marathon Capital, based out of the Chicago office. In this role, Ms. Rogers focuses on providing a formalized, fluid training and learning program across the organization. This initiative creates an environment of continued learning and professional development for Marathon employees across all roles to enhance professional skills and competencies.

Ms. Rogers comes to Marathon Capital with over fourteen years of experience in sales and operational management. Most recently she was the East Coast Sales Director for Catalina Graphic Films, a $100 million dollar privately held manufacturing company. During her tenure at Catalina, she oversaw operations for large-scale distribution networks extending over fourteen states, and was in charge of training sales teams of up to 150 associates at a time. Prior to this she was Vice President for MagX America, a pressure sensitive adhesives and magnetics manufacturing company, where she developed and directed the sales and operations for all of North America.

Ms. Rogers also brings a legal background to Marathon as an Ohio licensed attorney with a concentration in business and tax law. As a member of numerous prestigious legal associations, she has been a proctor for continuing legal education programs presented through the Ohio State Bar Association for several years. She was a partner at XY Legal Planning, a nationwide law firm focused on elder law, estate planning, and business consulting. In addition to estate planning, Ms. Rogers represented individuals and companies on cases spanning a variety of civil matters, including primarily antitrust litigation, breach of contract claims, and fraud.

Ms. Rogers received her B.S. in Psychology from John Carroll University, and her J.D. from Ohio Northern University.
