Adam Ludwiczak

Adam Ludwiczak is Managing Director for Marathon Capital based in the firm’s London office. He has over 14 years of global energy investment banking experience across mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and other strategic advisory transactions.

Mr. Ludwiczak most recently led the build-out and was head of the EMEA energy transition practice at Moelis & Company. During this time, he advised on several major public and private transactions in the energy sector in Europe, the Americas, and Asia Pacific. Before Moelis, Adam was Vice President at Barclays’ Natural Resources Group in London.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics and Management and a Master of Science degree in Finance, both from Bocconi University.
