Jordyn Kerstein

Jordyn Kerstein is Campus Talent Manager at Marathon Capital. She manages the overall recruitment process for all campus hires and program management for interns and first year Analyst and Associates. 

Prior to joining Marathon, Ms. Kerstein was Recruitment Director for Teach For America where she created a system and led a team to drive application submissions, developed diverse and inclusive partnerships with new campuses, and established strategies for tailored recruitment outreach and events. Prior to recruiting, she spent two years as an early childhood educator in Tulsa, Oklahoma as a corps member with Teach For America. 

Ms. Kerstein earned a BS in Human Development & Family Studies with a minor in Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She holds a Professional Educator License and is a member of the Chicago Scholars Associate Board.
