Meet Josh Neudorf
Joshua Neudorf, Associate, is responsible for conducting research and due diligence, authoring marketing, and offering materials, preparing financial analysis, and creating financial models supporting Marathon Capital’s senior bankers.
Since joining in 2021, Mr. Neudorf has worked on a variety of corporate and asset transactions across multiple technologies, including the sale of Standard Solar to Brookfield, the sale of East Point Energy to Equinor, and the majority sale of GreenGasUSA to IFM Investors. In addition to his transaction experience, Mr. Neudorf has supported the distributed energy initiative since 2021 and is a 2023 training leader.
Prior to joining Marathon, Mr. Neudorf interned at the Commercial Office of Ecuador, where he produced market and economic research for the Ecuadorian Ministry of Trade. He was also a Summer Analyst at Marathon Capital.
Mr. Neudorf received a BA in Economics and Geographical Sciences from the University of Chicago. While in university, he worked on extractive industry and financial holdings research at the Booth School of Business. He holds Series 63 and 79 licenses.
