Meet Petar Dudukovski
Petar Dudukovski, Vice President, is responsible for executing M&A and capital raise engagements in the renewable energy and power sectors, conducting due diligence, and supporting Marathon Capital’s relationship management responsibilities.
Prior to joining Marathon Capital, Mr. Dudukovski worked for NERA Economic Consulting (Oliver Wyman Group), providing financial analysis for business valuation disputes, securities fraud litigations, and market manipulation of oil and natural gas prices. Mr. Dudukovski has been involved in cases related to the bankruptcies of Enron, Tyco, Dynegy, Bear Stearns, Countrywide, and Lehman Brothers. During business school, Mr. Dudukovski developed a go-to-market strategy for a thin-film flexible PV startup and a sales training manual for a cogeneration solar startup. He also spent three months with the business development team at SoCore Energy.
Mr. Dudukovski received his BA in Economics and Mathematics, graduating Phi Beta Kappa from Grinnell College, and his MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mr. Dudukovski is a CFA charterholder and holds his Series 63 and 79 licenses.
