Meet Diana Drysdale

Diana Drysdale is Senior Managing Director for the firm, working out of the New York office with a focus on leveraging her network and energy sector experience to grow Marathon’s existing practice here in North America. She will simultaneously be developing new product and geographic markets for the firm both within and outside the Americas.

Ms. Drysdale brings over two decades of experience in the energy and utilities sector in both regulated and unregulated businesses in both renewable and conventional power.

From 2008 to 2018, Ms. Drysdale led the growth and operations of PSEG's unregulated investments in renewables, fossil, energy storage, commercial real estate and demand management during which time she was appointed President of PSEG Solar Source and President of PSEG Power Ventures.

Before joining PSEG, she was responsible for Enterprise Risk Management at Limited Brands and prior to that, Northeast Utilities. From 1998 through 2005, while at ENMAX Corporation in Calgary, she held the positions of Vice President of Strategy and Risk Management and Vice President and Treasurer. Ms. Drysdale also worked for TransAlta Corporation in Calgary from 1991 through 1998 in various engineering, business development and management roles.

Ms. Drysdale holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary; an MBA from Queen's School of Business; and completed the Finance for Senior Executives program at Harvard Business School. Ms. Drysdale is a licensed professional engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta. She has served on several boards in both the U.S. and Canada including the Bloomfield College Board of Trustees in New Jersey from 2008 to 2013, the G.I. Go Fund Board of Directors since 2011 and the Calculi Advisory Board since 2019.
