Cameron Tyler

Cameron Tyler is Vice President at Marathon Capital. He is responsible for executing M&A and capital raise engagements in the renewable energy and power sectors, conducting due diligence, and supporting Marathon Capital’s relationship management responsibilities.

Prior to joining Marathon, Mr. Tyler served as Vice President at Moelis & Company, where he played a pivotal role in clean energy coverages as part of the broader Moelis global energy team. His tenure at Moelis began with an internship and encompassed significant involvement in diverse areas such as M&A, capital markets, and restructuring transactions. His accomplishments include contributing to ADNOC’s acquisition of a minority stake in Masdar and the creation of a Green Hydrogen Joint Venture, Premier Oil and Chrysoar’s merger reorganization of Premier Oil’s $2.7bn financing arrangements, Saudi Aramco’s $29.4 billion IPO, and ADNOC’s inaugural bond issuance.

Mr. Tyler earned a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick.
